Q: Do you offer canvas prints?
A: Not yet but I'm hoping to soon!
Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Sometimes I do! Feel free to reach out at benjaminperkinsart@gmail.com with your inquiry and I'd be happy to discuss and see if it'd be a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Q: Do you do mock-ups for potential customers who want to see how a painting/print might look in their home or office?
A: Yes! I can assist you with a free mock-up. I totally understand that it helps to see it in your space. Just email me at benjaminperkinsart@gmail.com and I'd be happy to assist you.
Q: How long does a painting take to ship?
A: If it's dry, I can usually ship it within a few days and it'll usually arrive anywhere in the USA within two weeks. International shipping may take a bit longer.
Q: How long does a print take to ship?
A: The print shop I work with will usually get your fine art print processed within a day or two and delivered in 7-10 business days.
Q: Do you ship anywhere in the world?
A: For prints - not yet but I hope to soon! Prints currently ship anywhere in the USA, Canada and the UK. Original paintings can be shipped to most locations worldwide. All customs and VAT are to be paid by the customer.
Q: Do you frame your artwork?
A: The listing description will say whether a piece is framed or unframed. All prints arrive unframed. If an original artwork is listed as unframed, I am willing to have it framed for you but it will cost extra time and money. Feel free to reach out via chat or email with any framing questions.
Q: Can I order a custom sized print?
A: Potentially! I can't guarantee it's possible but I can certainly look into it. Just reach out to me via website chat or at benjaminperkinsart@gmail.com.
Q: Can I return a painting?
A: Yes, so long as it's within 30 days of receiving it and it isn't a commission, is in perfect condition and the customer pays for return shipping.
Q: Can I return a print?
A: Unfortunately, no. Each print is made to order and we are unable to accept print returns.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If it's a print - no. If it is a painting and it hasn't shipped yet - then yes!
Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: If it arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the package and the print and email me at benjaminperkinsart@gmail.com. We'll get you a free replacement ASAP.
Q: What if my painting arrives damaged?
A: Each original artwork is fully insured in case such a thing happens. In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please immediately take photos of the package and the artwork and send them to me at benjaminperkinsart@gmail.com. You will then be entitled to a full refund.
